This report is a follow up on the interim report of November 15th 2012 on the misappropriation of funds in the Office of the Prime Minister in Uganda. The interim report was prepared in the aftermath of the misappropriation of €11.6 million of donor funds, including €4 million of funds provided by Irish Aid, intended for the Peace, Recovery and Development Plan (PRDP) in Northern Uganda but was misappropriated within the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM).
